Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting internally to communicate with our employees. We separate our employees into two groups, office and drivers. Mostly used to communicate to drivers quickly and collectively. They get the information much faster and easier than email. They can see the message at a glance. Office employees are copied on driver messages when it is info that pertains to them also.

  • Delivers info in a consistent manner
  • Cannot use non letter / number charactors
  • Many words I want to use are forbidden
  • Communication is priceless
  • Urgent situations require a blanket way to send out the proper messages
Everything went very quickly and easily. I did call for assistance and the rep was extremely helpful. A little tedious to get all my information together. I don't think its anyone's fault but that part took a little time.
It is as easy and simple as sending at text message on my phone. The benefit is if someone replies it goes to my inbox rather than the entire group.
I needed help setting it up and the rep was very helpful, walked me right through the process and stayed on the line with me until I was done. No other help was needed.
