Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our recruiting department uses EZ Texting for mass text blitzes to prospects, to inform them of job opportunities within our company.
  • Effective in sending mass texts
  • Easy to upload lists for mass texts
  • Good interface, easy to creat mass texts
  • It is difficult to find prior text strings
  • The app lacks UI. Difficult to initiate new messages, lots of things
  • I often click on Inbox but it doesn't pop up. I have to click other menu items, then click on Inbox for it so show up
  • It is difficult to find individuals. In the Contacts page, in All Contacts, I almost never get results when I type first, space, last name. I can even have a contact listed on the search page, I'm looking right at it, but if I type their name, it shows no results. VERY frustrating
  • EZ Texting is instrumental in reaching large numbers of people quickly
  • We have hired many, many employees from using EZ Texting for mass texts
  • Pricing is competitive
The customer service support is average at best. The site is not user friendly, there are quirks that are frustrating.
The search feature is not good.
I've used it a few times. I really like how it provides fresh ideas how to word my texts. I highly suggest you continue using it!

EZ Texting is well suited for doing mass text campaigns, not good for initiating/conducting one on one text messages. It is not good for someone who is not resourceful in finding solutions without support. The UI is not good, the site is not insightful, and has quirks that make it frustrating unless you are patient and able to chase down solutions.
