We use EZ Texting to fill our appointment books during slow weekdays as well as answer inquiries about our spa and book appointments.
- sends mass texts
- coverts our landline and makes it textable
- good customer service
- using on PC, texts are not appearing right away
- need to constantly refresh my computer screen - easy to miss a text
- cost too much to use emoji or a MM files
- ROI is definitely justified.
