Overall Satisfaction with Figma

Our web development company uses Figma as our main design tool for collaborating and sharing designs across our team. It combines the intuitive functionality of other design programs like Sketch, InVision, and Photoshop with the powerful addition of cloud-based file storing and sharing. It also makes handoff from design to development a breeze.

Figma has much better prototyping capabilities, and it's just as easy to use from a design tool perspective. It also eliminates the need for separate file storage like Dropbox. Commenting and collaborating within the app makes it useful for sharing with team and clients. It's designed to give developers all the information they need, making handoff a breeze.
I haven't had to use Figma's customer support, other than accessing tutorials and learning tools. There is a wide array of videos and tutorials available for designers wanting to learn the program.

For designers familiar with Adobe applications, Sketch, and InVision, getting up to speed with Figma is a breeze. It's perfect for design teams of all sizes and solves the problem of file-sharing/collaboration and it makes the process of commenting and feedback much more efficient. It allows designers to create, store, share, and socialize designs all within one powerful app.
