Overall Satisfaction with Figma
We use Figma for wireframing, concepts, and designing for client work. Figma helps us to collaboratively design & wireframe, provide feedback, and present prototypes to clients.
Pros
- Provides the tools & platform for a designer to output excellent designs
- Supports design with autolayout
- Let's us test prototypes via tools that integrate with Figma
- There are some great plugins that help speed up certain processes
Cons
- Being able to grant clients access to only certain folders / making it easier to collaborate with partners
- Suggested best-practice components that have tested well for usability
- Being able to prototype journeys with sticky elements means testing prototypes feels more like testing real websites
- It lets us collaborate on designs / wireframes internally and also with clients
- Figma more than pays for itself with the quality of work we can output
- Most of our clients also use Figma, so it means we don't have to transfer designs to different systems / use more than one system
