Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud CX
We use Genesys Cloud CX for everything. Voice, Chat, SMS, WEM, etc. Genesys Cloud CX addresses all call center "problems" in one platform.

- Saved money in QA per auto scoring.
- Saved money in WFM by connecting the payroll system. Auto approve of PTO.
- Agent moral improved with Gamification. Points and prizes awarded.
We do not use knowledge management currently.
It was a good experience. When we moved from PureConnect to Genesys Cloud CX we decided to do an entire rebuild. We went from hundreds of queues/workgroups to eighty. Same thing for skilling. We also completely rebuilt WFM and built WFM "correctly" with Genesys Cloud CX assistance.
