Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart to fundraise through auctions, raffles, merchandise sales, and donation pages. The platforms offers us a sophisticated way to hold auctions during all of our events. GiveSmart offers us the ability to reach a group beyond those who are attending the event. Through September to April, we hold multiple auctions weekly raising ~$3,500 each.

Pros

  • User friendly - both as a donor & platform manager
  • Great customer service
  • Beneficial communication features

Cons

  • Add outside links in communication
  • Sometimes slow on the back end
  • Helped meet revenue goals
  • Broaden donor reach
  • Easy communication to users
It's very user friendly for both the donor and the manager on the backend once you get the hang of it.
Our contact is always quick to respond and helpful when issues/questions arise.

Compared to other online auction platforms my counterparts use, GiveSmart seems the most user friendly on the donor side which ultimately is the most beneficial for companies in our position.
