Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
The company I work for uses Gong for quality review of calls, to give agents feedback on what happened on the call and to recap anything that we miss that the merchant has advised.
- Picks up words clearly.
- Good note capturing.
- Sometimes the quality is not the greatest.
