Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

[Gong.io] is being used across the whole organization for Sales. It helps us identify how to improve our performance on our calls, learn from successful calls and sales representatives so that we can copy those best practices to our own method. It is also good for reviewing detailed information and prep work on account management in case you don't remember everything from the discussion.

  • Identifying calls to action
  • Measuring length of time a person is speaking
  • Clean, enterprise platform
  • Some of the script it has written alongside the speaker is incorrect
  • Some of the critiques around length of time speaking don't apply in certain calls (like if we are discussing a customer reference story and need to share full details
  • Calls to action
  • Performance review
  • Learning from others who are doing things well!
  • Definitely a positive ROI from learning from my own performance by watching my calls
  • Also by watching other peoples calls- absorbing best practices

[Gong.io is well suited for] sales for sure- any call to help manage the process, learn from your presentations, and learn from others. Sometimes customers are wary of being recorded, however.
