Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We used it for remote desktop support. I supported approximately 500 users with it. I was easily able to access users desktops and resolve their issues in a timely manner using the tool. Was a great product. It was secure and user friendly. Was reasonably priced for the size of our organization. I was very happy with the product.

User interface is extremely intuitive. It is very easy to use. No training needed for my technicians. GoTo Resolve has made it easy for me to provide remote assistance to users from anywhere. I was very easily able to get it to run on my smart phone allowing me to quickly solve a IT issue at work while in the middle of a road trip.
I like that it has always been around for me, and that it has such an easy way of connecting with my users to assist them with their needs on their machines from anywhere. Now in the post pandemic workplace work from anywhere is extremely important and this enables you to manage that much better.
Intune does not have remote desktop. Intune also does not do 3rd party patching very well. Manage Engine Desktop Central requires a VPN Client to access the remote clients. It also requires quite a bit of configuration to work well. GoTo Resolve is the most complete tool I have used. I would recommend it to anyone.

Product is very easy to use. Price is very affordable. Loved it did what I needed it to do. I managed 500 laptops with it all the patch and versioning was automatically taken care of by the product. No need for a VPN client in order to remotely assist the users. It is a great product and I highly recommend it.
