Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

During the pandemic period where lock downs and stringent business rules did not allow meetings or trade shows, GoTo Webinar made it possible to reach a wide audience of potential customers and not stop business. Not reaching out, but interacting and providing in-depth material while keeping track of customers activities during events.

GoTo Webinar has several features, but because of the graphics, in some places, which are not very modern, it can be confusing. The voice guidance helps, but the fear of starting the webinar when you are not ready is always there.Also, the interface can be large and cover a fair amount of the fencing making it a bit more difficult to present.

GoTo Webinar lends itself well when online events are small to medium in size. It is easy to share the microphone with colleagues even remotely; As is giving the word to the listener. With larger events there are no substantial problems with operation, but message reading and interaction with participants is difficult.
