Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use this app when communicating with external vendors who use GoTo Meeting as their primary collaboration platform which allows us to collaborate with vendors by sharing screens, apps, and whiteboard. GoTo Meeting makes these features easy to use and intuitive. I particularly like the whiteboard feature as it allows for easy abstract diagrams.

GoTo Meeting is easier to use than most products in this segment because it gives the host full control that is intuitive and simple to use. The host can grant or revoke a participant elevated access to share their screen or app. The chat function is easy to use as well as the question and answer function.

Easy to manage small to very large attendee lists. The host can mute/unmute attendees very easily. Q&A features are complete and easy to use. Integration with Outlook and Gmail could be tighter as some meetings do not show up in Outlook or Gmail calendar. The whiteboard feature is easy to navigate and I think it is the easiest to use out there.
