Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using it to keep track of our daily activities in the Sales department. It helps us manage our time better for a smoother sale cycle which allows us to hit our numbers/goals and stay on track as a team and organization.

  • You can't remove people from flows easily; sometimes you remove them and they stay on.

Yesware was insanely glitchy and it was super difficult to create flows. For some reason, whenever I tried attaching pics to my emails it never worked on there.

I would give Groove a 10. I haven't had any major issues with it and it is a really great tool to have in our organization. I am definitely more organized than before when we didn't have software.

Very easy to use and understand; I learned it in a few days. The overall interface is really simple and straightforward, especially for those who have never used such software before.
