Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The main piece is automation. Groove has helped me hugely in terms of automating outreach.

My role focuses on cold outreach, such as generating new leads and cold calling/texting our client population. Because of this, being able to load all the leads into the flow and blasting texts/emails away has been hugely helpful as opposed to manually sending out each message one by one.

Groove is awesome, there really isn't too much to complain about. It covers all of our main objectives in outreach, as far as mass texting/emailing.

The only thing is just being able to have the flow send texts to multiple #s that we have in Salesforce, but this does not take up too much time as there are not too many.
I have used Dialpad.

Dialpad is great, and Groove in my opinion does everything Dialpad does. Dialpad lacks the automation, which makes me feel that Groove is much better.

I have not used any other CRMS besides these two, but I do believe Groove is light years ahead of Dialpad.

In addition to the automation of cold outreaching new leads, I think Groove has really helped ''nurturing'' the client base.

We have leads that are unresponsive, or not interested, and putting them into an automated email flow to keep clients somewhat engaged/interested is a huge help. If not for this, we would have to allot time to uninterested leads which aren't a huge priority, but also a priority. Nurture flows allow us to keep previous clients engaged and perhaps have them be interested in us in the future.
