Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used in my organisation mainly through the Sales team, to automate email outreach to prospects and partners. However, there are many other people from several different departments that also have access to Groove and use it as part of their day to day workflow.

The main business problem that is solved is the ease of use and automation functionality. Besides that, it also allows A/B testing and gives us fantastic analytics into how well we are performing as a team, leading to easy optimization processes.

The platform is super intuitive, straightforward to use, and easy to find all of the required functionalities necessary for my sales role. Usability is a key functionality in any platform for it to work and Groove definitely has been able to develop a platform that is effective, simple, and easy to use for both admins and end users / sales reps.
It's hard for me to answer this question as I have always used Groove in my sales career; therefore, it is hard for me to have a great understanding on how much manual and time consuming work is saved through Groove's platform. However, if I had to estimate, I would say dozens of hours are saved on a weekly basis for those in a role similar to mine.
  • Outreach
I have worked briefly with Outreach in the past and am quite familiar with the solution. Both have a similar offering, with functionalities that often crossover and are nearly identical. Nonetheless, I've heard of people having problems with Outreach (i.e. cadences disappearing) and that has never happened in my experience with Groove.

For any company with a team actively working in outbound sales, Groove is a fantastic tool that saves several hours of time through its automation functionality. On top of that, it also helps schedule consistent outreach which is proven to lead to better results. All in all a great tool that I can definitely recommend! I have been using Groove for over 18 months and am still a happy user.
