Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I primarily use Groove for scheduled emails, templates, and email notifications. I find it useful for tracking emails so I am aware of when they are opened by people outside of our organization. I also like the scheduled email function so I can have emails set up to send at designated times.

- The templates can be difficult to use but they have been very helpful when I have issues and always reach out to assist.
- It would be nice to have more guides on all the features, as I'm sure there are some features I just don't know about.
- Overall they're constantly improving and willing to help, which is a big plus.
