Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to manage my outbound prospecting activities as well as various other campaigns. The analytics built in the platform help me strategize how I plan my outreach and ultimately make me more effective when targeting my prospects. Without Groove, I wouldn't be able to keep up with my pipeline and follow up accordingly. It makes my life a lot easier.

Everything about Groove is great. Sometimes the call bridge lags in connection, but that is the only small issue I've come across.
I have only used the Groove dialer.

If you are in a sales culture that demands a lot of outreach in different enterprise segments, Groove is a great tool for you. If you don't have a high volume of activities to perform each day, it might not be necessary. In addition to making a lot of calls and additional outreach, it is good for managing tasks too.
