Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto to do payroll, manage PTO, write reviews and write-ups.
- All the COVID stuff was seamless
- Payroll is super easy
- Taxes are completely handled by Gusto
- Bringing on new employees is also seamless
- We are a virtual company and are hiring all over the USA, tax set up is slow, i.e. for UI
- I keep wanting an FSA and you don't really offer it.
- You should allow people to enter time in advance, if there is a holiday on a Friday it makes submitting payroll on time difficult.

- We received over 300K in COIVD loans and reimbursements and Gusto made it super simple
