Overall Satisfaction with Halogen Software

Halogen was used by my previous company as a single online source for employee appraisals allowing for more comprehensive reviews, improved documentation, and easier tracking. The Human Resources Department controlled the use and supervisors were given access and training.

What different systems of Halogen can be purchased together that can work together fluidly?
Unfortunately, I did not use Halogen with other systems, but the system as a stand alone system was wonderful and easy to use. The implementation was also incredibly easy because someone walked me through each and every step to set it up exactly how we wanted it.
