Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
Hootsuite was our solution for managing social posts for our clients. I work for a marketing agency. Hootsuite solved the time issue with scheduling on multiple platforms at once. Our team was able to schedule posts in bulk which was a lot more efficient. We didn't use a lot of the other features since most of our clients didn't need those additional services.

- Fails to post on certain social platforms consistently (Instagram).
- Doesn't have separate calendars for each client.
- Adding user accounts for managing posts drives up the monthly cost.
- Lack of consistent posting on several social platforms (Instagram).
- Saves time for our team to schedule posts in bulk.
- Effortless post-scheduling for new team members with little experience.
- Not much of a change in the analytics process. We don't like to use outside sources to gather analytics.
We've switched to using Loomly for social media scheduling because of the added features, price, and role permissions. So far, it's been a good switch. We don't have to wade through the features we don't use anymore. I would recommend Loomly over Hootsuite any day.
