Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Enterprise

We are using Hootsuite Entreprise for managing users multiple business lines within the company. Access management to the multiple social networks with different levels of permission is the main issue.

Pros

  • Schedule publishing
  • Access management for multiple users
  • Cross platforms analytics

Cons

  • Partnership with some major players like LinkedIn
  • Advertising management, with Twitter especially
  • More integration with the apps partner, as part of the integral solution. The optimal use of Hootsuite is still very fragmented.
  • Basics analytics
  • Easy real-time brand monitoring
HootSuite has to maintain a strong value added proposition that is better than going native on each platform themselves.
HootSuite's multiuser management is still a must for our organisation.
HootSuite Enterprise is great for multiple users, and multiple social networks accounts. It needs improvement on the ads management side with partners.
