Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro

We monitor the manage and monitor the social activities of our clients who don't have HubSpot. It helps consolidate management of multiple social sites and gives good analytics.
  • Posts to linkedin - personal and groups
  • Creates tweets quickly
  • Adds short URL easily
  • Lots of trouble with Hootlet - the little app that is supposed to let you share directly from the browser - for me, with Chrome, it is buggy in several ways
  • Saves lots of time, improves social operations,
HootSuite Pro gives me some of the functionality of HubSpot at a lower price point. There is additional effort required with HootSuite but the price differential for some clients makes HootSuite a nice solution.
For us HootSuite Pro is better with smaller clients for whom a more robust inbound marketing platform is too expensive.

Using Hootsuite Pro

I like what is there now, more reporting would be nice, as well as a better functioning Hootlet. I'm a bit spoiled with the broader reach of HubSpot tools.
