Overall Satisfaction with Hopin
Virtual conferences with main stages and expo booths. It has helped us create a community feel in the virtual world.
- Easy to use from the presenter standpoint
- Easy to set up events
- Easy for attendees to navigate
- Attendees seem to have a hard time accessing login easily at start of event
- Wish call to action on Expo page was not linked to main web address. That is limiting for our vendors
- Would like more gamification to drive attendance to expo booths. Like a game or scavenger hunt built in.
- Continued the energy of events when they moved to virtual
- Increased engagement
- Provided lead generation for vendors at a time when customer contact was stagnant
