An insight into Hubspot
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot is used by the sales and marketing teams. It provides us with a full marketing automation and intellegence system.
Pros
- Gives detailed MI on all contacts/ leads/ customers
- Great blog tools
- Great support
Cons
- Cumbersome content editing system
- The customer 'contact' system means some of our leads get over written. We are looking to resolve but this is very problematic.
- Better customer service
- Better knowledge of the engagement of a contact (email opens etc)
- Better lead management and prioritising
HubSpot were great initially and I had an extended trial to really see how the product worked. I only trialled one as very complex to integrate and trial properly.
