Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

At our company, we use HubSpot for a number of inbound marketing techniques, including blogging, landing pages, campaigns, social media and analytics; we will soon begin implementing workflows as well. HubSpot is used across the whole organization, including the Content Department, Creative Department and Analytics/Tech Department.
  • Analytical data used for capturing leads
  • Ample training opportunities for users
  • Expert advice and customer service for users
  • The blog often seems to experience glitches
  • Load time often lags
  • Time outs are frequent
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Faster lead conversion
  • Easy-to-understand data we can present to our clients
The Content Department has not used similar software. However, we formerly used Weebly as a web and blog-hosting service. HubSpot by far surpasses the abilities of Weebly. However, HubSpot is not as easy to use, and can often take more time to format, post and publish blogs. We have since moved the majority of our clients to HubSpot for its superior analytical data and lead conversion tools.
Our company is becoming more and more comfortable with HubSpot and believe it offers some of the best inbound marketing tools that will benefit our clients.
One of the first questions we ask a potential client we are vetting for HubSpot is, "What are your goals." If their answer aligns with HubSpot's philosophy, we move forward. If a client, for example, just wants to show up No. 1 in a Google search, they may not be the best fit for all that HubSpot has to offer. The client, while they do not have to be familiar with inbound marketing, needs to have a marketing mindset and be willing to learn.
