Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to run our inbound marketing. Everything from blogging, to our website, to social media is all connected to HubSpot. It's mainly used by our department - marketing, but sales also uses it to a lesser extent. HS really helps us understand our website visitors, and what they're looking for. As the team member who runs our social media and blogging, I find it incredibly helpful in automating all posting. It takes a ton off my plate.
- They're great at customer service. Any time I have an issue, they respond quickly and promptly.

- It's a little slow to use sometimes, maybe it's just my computer, but there's times that it takes quite a while to update or edit blog posts
- It's definitely helped us grow our subscriber base for our blog, which directly leads to more customers
- I don't have facts to back this up, but it seems that our lead conversion is quicker too
I honestly haven't used anything else, and really don't want to. HubSpot does everything I need, and it does it well.
