Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use Hubspot to generate qualified leads for our business, and establish relationships with potential leads before they are actively researching marketing services. All our staff participate with Hubspot because we are all involved in the business development process to some degree. But we really have 3 "types" of users: marketers, sales, technical implementers, so the usage is a little different for those 3 types of users.
Pros
- Great methodology for conceiving ways to develop business in a consumer-driven internet world.
- The tools support the concepts and are very well integrated, eliminating virtually any duplication or data redundancy for things related to marketing, prospect and customer targeting and interaction.
- The support and training provided are top-notch!
Cons
- The learning curve is substantial. While the training is excellent, it is a big investment.
- Creating lists from existing contact searches should be easier and more intuitive.
- The switching between CRM and marketing is a little cumbersome for small organizations where a few people want to use both sets of features. It would be nice if there were a way to access both sets of features without switching the entire context screens.
- The main benefit has been larger, more profitable client generation.
- We are still relatively new, but beginning to see the pipeline fill and the stages in populate our marketing/sales funnel.
We have used Infusionsoft supporting some of our clients, and found it to be more of a toolkit for lead nurturing, and less of a methodology for attracting and developing new clients. But it is serviceable in its proper role.
We also found Infusionsoft to be very confusing to navigate, especially for users who implemented in older than current releases, and needing to migrate up.
