Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
I used hubspot to manage the entire marketing process for a small startup. It was used to build and manage all landing pages, house the blog, manage all email marking and to start and manage a large lead nurturing program as well. We also housed all our marketing contacts within HubSpot and used it to manage those list and leads.
- I was a very big fan of the analytics this tool offers. The amount of data they can gather and aspects of clients' interactions on your site they can measure is amazing.
- I was also very impressed with their customer service team who were always very helpful and quick with getting back to me with any type of questions/issues I may have had.
- They have a wonderful knowledge of inbound marketing, although I no longer use them at my new company I regularly read their guides and blog. They have a wonderful education section as well and I took their inbound certification course it was wonderfully done.
- The landing pages could have more features and better options for customization, it really was just basic. We found ourselves still using Unbounce because we wanted more choice, creative modern templates and the ability to customize layouts.
- Exactly the same feeling on the blog. It was great and easy to use but I found myself looking for more creative ways to design my posts, layout my home page and just easier way to manage the blog posts.
- A La Cart pricing would be a huge benefit as we really only wanted half the features the entire platform offered but had to make the case for purchasing the entire software to the higher ups despite knowing we were keeping Unbounce and mailchimp on board to fill in the gaps HS had.
- Much faster lead conversion.
- Increased efficiency for the marketing team.
- Better lead scoring and easier to score leads.
- Email open rates have increased 60% and we are now doing more marketing through email.
