Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
Currently we use HubSpot as our marketing automation platform. We use it for promotion email, marketing email, industry email, AdWords, Google Analytics, Blog, landing pages, etc.
Pros
- The email platform is really easy to navigate and use.
- The new workflow platform is easy to understand a contacts path and visualize outcomes.
- Integration with the CRM is seamless.
Cons
- Not being able to export a view of contacts on the CRM side.
- Projects and calendar app is not connected. This limits the ability for the system to be used as a project management tool.
- 3 months in we can definitely tell [there is] a lift in our customer engagement.
- Customers are more willing to do business online in a low cost model.
