Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The whole company is using HubSpot. It better helps the company to organize internal sales and account management flow, to do business analysis, and to have business insights. From a sales perspective, it can more efficiently organize deals, manage the sales process, and post communication. The HubSpot system basically has everything we need.

- The interface can be a bit more simple. Sometimes it has too much information and details and it’s distracting.
- Can have a function that tracks which deals are more frequently worked on and allows users to filter by that order.
- Shorter deal cycles.
I used the company’s own system before but HubSpot is more professional and easy to use.
