Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HubSpot to track our communication with prospects and current partners. It's a daily tool that is critical to the success and organization of our sales efforts.

Pros and Cons

Organizes follow up tasks and makes it easy to managed multiple accounts.
Clean and easy interface, no huge learning curve to use the platform.

I'd like the option to remove the call from browser option. I breaks the flow when it defaults back to call from browser instead of call from phone and results in multiple calls to a client/prospect.

It's great for a simple one rep experience. The work flow can be a little annoying to work with when multiple reps are working the same deal.
