Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot every day to manage the contact details of each sales prospect and track their journey through to signing offer commitments and through to training with us. It integrates with our dialer, however there are many processes which have had to remain manual as it doesn't integrate to log our text messages currently. Overall it solves a lot of our problems, but not all.
  • Integrates with other dialer software and enables recorded calls to be logged against the contact for easy tracking.
  • Has flexible views to cater for different users ways of working.
  • Is customisable.
  • Doesn't integrate with texts, so we manually have to log and track these, which is time consuming.
  • Not everything is able to be automated - and some automations are clunky. For example to send out a sequence of emails, takes at least 30 minutes to set up before being able to run and can only send to a certain number of contacts at a time. Again this is time consuming.
  • Tasks can be set to alert you at a specific time, but the notification doesn't hang in the corner of the screen to keep the reminder there like Google calendar does for example. So if not actioned straight away, are easy to miss/forget.
  • It is a good overall 'one-stop shop' to see data and manage customers.
I have used other software that is 'straight from the box' as well as completely custom built applications for businesses. Whilst HubSpot isn't the perfect solution, it is up there in terms of ease of use and customisability. It will definitely serve most companies very well who are looking for additional integrations with other applications and capturing data/reporting alongside managing clients.
In my experience of Salesforce, it was clunky and would crash often. The customisability was high as I have used it at several companies in extremely different ways, however it was never fully intuitive. HubSpot definitely helps to bridge that gap of intuitiveness and usability.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

No

Good to get a good overview of the client journey - can integrate with larger software platforms. So for a start up company, this enables most issues to be solved with wanting one overview for prospect journey and interactions.

It is possible to get great data, reports and set up flows, however it isn't the easiest to get these built in the first place.
