Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot brings a lot of structure and order to our business ensuring that there is one central CRM for all departments. It improves transparency within the business and streamlines the sale process. Add-ons allow HubSpot to integrate into our systems ensuring that there is a paper trail of all communications between departs and clients.
  • Data capture.
  • Electronic quotations.
  • Electronic transactions.
  • Reporting.
  • Margin calculation.
  • Customisation of quotations terms and conditions.
  • Timeous updates on pipeline deals when changes are made.
Compared to Salesforce it's pretty limited however the major issue we are having at this stage is the fact that you cant work our margin on reports or in the pipeline. If we had some kind of accounting simulation feature that would help in ensuring that we capture all deals won, costing of these deals and invoices sent to client and payment of.

Less appropriate for HR and admin departments. The fact that you can pull margin reports is very frustrating and one of the only reasons we are looking at moving away from HubSpot. Customise terms of quotations would be great and an accounting feature would also add value.
