Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to organize customers and prospects with respect to all forms of contact. It helps me to multiply my activity by organizing campaigns and effectively-staying in touch with all contact types within an organization. Email outreach and tracking are made simple and whether it be educational or marketing, the results are amazing.

  • EMAIL NEWSLETTERS - blasting to multiple contacts
  • Contact search could be improved
  • Mobile logging of meetings is not good
  • Higher close ratio
  • Able to manage more deals simultaneously
  • Aids in revenue growth
The ease of use ultimately creates more rep adoption. Any friction slows down this process and makes other CRMs unusable. HubSpot CRMt needs to keep removing friction, perhaps reducing keystroke entry in favor of more voice UI.
Alignment could be improved with task reminders assigned to various teams for follow-up. This could be part of the automation but it's not obvious.

Managing a diverse list of businesses and contacts (within each business) is superb. Very useful when a longer sales cycle is the norm and deep history of contact activity is right at your fingertips.
