Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to manage client followups and retention as well as incoming new clients to ensure even follow up and consistent follow up and sales funnel tracking.

  • Pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Data management.
  • Customization for different data portals.
  • Client retention and incoming lead follow-up.
About the same but I enjoy the features and mobile access.
I appreciate that HubSpot is pretty intuitive. Salesforce has better reporting but this could be because management needs to better understand and customize reporting objectives to achieve outcomes.
