Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our team uses the software to find leads and track sales amongst thousands of companies. It allows us to easily organize large amounts of companies by categories of their lead status. It also has options to separate each company into groups of calling, emailing, or qualifying, just to name a few. HubSpot CRM also gives you the option to create tasks with companies on when to call them back or to email them.

  • Sometimes the calls do not connect to the phone
  • It can be difficult to work when HubSpot CRM crashes, which can happen a few times a month
  • HubSpot CRM can be slow when sending emails
  • HubSpot CRM has helped us increase our number of clients
  • Due to the increase in clients, we have increased our sales as well, which has leveled out the cost of HubSpot CRM per month
  • HubSpot CRM has helped deals move faster through the pipeline
It's the most organized platform I have ever used. But it does have its bugs sometimes, which is understandable. It's easily my favorite software I've ever used in terms of accessibility. It also has updated features that other software does not have.
It has helped us reach large amounts of audiences in a quick manner. It has helped us send tens of thousands of emails out per week. It has also helped us keep track of prospects by updating their lead status and saving all of our work constantly.
