Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it as our CRM and Marketing tool to manage pipelines and engage our users.

  • Easier to keep track of deals
  • Great nurturing cadence and re-engagement of leads
I prefer Salesforce still to Hubspot
The reporting/dashboards and fields unfortunately do not compare to Salesforce's.

I really would love HubSpot to operate more like Salesforce in its reporting/dashboards. I feel the lack of intuitiveness of HubSpot's features really slow me and my team down.
