Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I have been using HubSpot for the past four months. I would like the following: 1. Click into the account from a voicemail left. 2. Send an email from the account, there is an option to do so but it doesn't work. 3. Send a text message from the account, there is an option to do so but it doesn't work. 4. More options for calls. 5. If an account has been deemed DO NOT CALL, we should be able to mark it or see it without having to click in the file. 6. Create a filter within a filter ... example, If I want to first filter a program, then the NO ACTION in that program, then last touched. 7. The copy phone or email button does not copy, you have to highlight what your want to copy

- I have lost time and focus having to click into dead leads. The ability to mark them dead would be helpful
- Sometimes numbers are formatted correctly but error says FORMATTED INCORRECTLY
