Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is very useful for SMEs to build up their own databases and has a nice function to assort and analyze the data. It turns data into information. The interface is user-friendly and very easy to get used to. The only problem I encountered was the overlap checking. Sometimes, it is very obvious that two employees created two sets of data for the same company, but the system fails to detect it. Still, it is a very good software for SMEs overall.
