Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot daily for a number of different uses. It is a great platform to track all information related to business contacts and every step of the sales cycle. The functionality is extremely user-friendly and there are a number of tools that are effective for getting work done efficiently.

It's more cost effective and we didn't quite need something as big as Salesforce. There was almost too much going on with their solutions and a more simplified approach to get the key initiatives in our sales cycle done was more important. There was overall just some better functionality than what we had with Salesforce before.
