Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to keep my flows in check. Our software has different use cases across a number of different industries. So the ability to be able to rapidy shift through different pipelines even while in third party applications is incredibly useful. I also use the template feature quite often. This, paired with the other useability functionality that I have already mentioned, has allowed me to continue increasing my outreach frequency as I have learned more about the platform.
- The Gmail plugin is excellent, I wouldn't change anything about it
- Seamles integration with callendars has made scheduling and reporting a breeze
- Sales Analytics page helps keep my team on track and performing
- When assigning contacts to deals, show other emails with the same domain for easy adding
- The merge deal feature is very particular and has led to a bit of confusion
- There should be a way to rapidly select a number of companies and arrange them in a parent/subsidiary like fasion
- HubSpot has shed light on our consultants true engagement levels, allowing for coaching
- We have experienced shorter deal cycles as we have continued to train on the pipeline stages
