Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM in conjunction with Salesforce. We use HubSpot CRM to track leads from various marketing sources and for attribution. All of our email marketing and nurture is also done in HubSpot CRM. It also houses all landing pages and where we manage our chatbot for our corporate website. We use HubSpot CRM to provide engagement notifications to sales as well.
  • Email marketing
  • Landing pages
  • Reporting
  • Landing page design
  • Email template design
  • Chatbot
  • HubSpot CRM email marketing helps us drive event registrations. Most recently generating 1,000 registrants.
  • It helps us nurture cold leads and drive SAL pipeline.
There are some things that are easy in HubSpot CRM. If you’re going with a plug and play template it can be easy to create landing pages and emails. Reporting is pretty easy to put together. Managing contacts is very clear and easy to manage. The chatbot was easy to set up, but lacked functionality.
The past two companies I joined had HubSpot CRM when I started. Our Marketing Operations person was HubSpot CRM certified so there was no switching. It’s very hard to switch CRMs once they’ve been deeply integrated. I preferred Marketo when I used it. However, there are some things that are simpler and easier to push live in HubSpot CRM.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

No

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

HubSpot CRM is an affordable option. It can be easy to implement and manage for smaller companies. You can handle many aspects of marketing from one tool; however, just because they have the functionality doesn’t mean it’s the best tool for that job. For example, they have a chatbot, but it does not do everything Intercom or Drift can do. My biggest issue with HubSpot CRM is when it comes to updating landing pages or email templates. I found it much easier in Marketo.
