Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is plugged into our websites and all of our marketing campaigns feed into it. We track the Sales process on deal boards, run form automations and associated tasks, and also use it for reporting.

- Integrations are often incomplete or missing altogether (Example: Google Forms)
- Limitations in how Deals can be automated, in contrast to Contacts
- Confusing pricing and product tiers
- Visibility on customer nurture process
- Increased sales efficiency
Salesforce has a lot more bloat than HubSpot CRM - great if you are a large enterprise with many different internal use cases. For SMEs, HubSpot CRM ticks all the boxes - powerful and feature-rich without becoming a huge SaaS weight.
