Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is part of my everyday use. We use HubSpot to track all of our contacts, deals and emails that help keep everyone informed . We are also able to keep important details pinned as notes for different companies. I am able to pull up all the information I need by simply entering the phone number, company name or an email address.
- tracking emails
- tracking all info and deals related to a company
- also pulls info from the web and enters it in so i do not have to
- Better ways to associate documents and customers and deals
- also if we track a deal to an email the email should automatically get put into HubSpot
- Less time finding relevant customer information
- we cant print the snippets info that we need to give to our sales team and HubSpot just told us we don't print the internet
