Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I currently use HubSpot CRM primarily for scheduling meetings (tours) for my apartment community. I also use HubSpot for e-mail campaigns. I have previously used HubSpot for prospect follow ups, tracking prospect traffic on websites and emails. Overall, I wish my company used HubSpot as our main platform for engaging with prospects. The work flows are absolutely amazing and we would benefit from that.

The workflow with lead management in HubSpot CRM is perfect. Entrata is so oldschool and basic. I am in property management, specifically New Developement Lease Ups and Entrata does not track anything nor does it have workflows. We miss out on so many leads with Entrata because it does not prompt you to follow up with leads effectively

Love everything about HubSpot CRM. My team consists of college kids and the platform is friendly for all ages. I truly do not have any bad things to say about HubSpot. The potential is endless with everything that can be built out to suit what you need it for. Amazing platform
