Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is our 401K provider. It was a seamless process and certainly helped that they were integrated with our payroll company.

We needed to set up a 401K, and the process was very easy. It was a huge plus that they already worked with our payroll provider.

Very satisfied.
Yes - We needed to import all of our employees and provide email addresses. We also had to establish eligibility parameters. Then we sent emails out to eligible employees to sign up.

Yes. We didn't want to manage the process seeing that we are a small business and don't have a dedicated HR person.
I have always been able to get ahold of a person either over the phone or through email.
