Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
Use the 401K product. We needed to put in place a retirement plan to comply with CA ordinance. As the owner, I was also looking for ways to invest and create personal value.
- Onboarding
- Laying out options for plan design
- Sales
- Eliminate AUM fee. This is something that the vast majority of plans don't charge.
- Improved account management. I feel the people I speak with don't inspire confidence that they have the experience or knowledge to advise me correctly.
- Helps me as the owner to save more money for retirement.
- Impact on employees is too early to measure.
