Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

401k management, not much else to write here. It’s our 401k management software.
  • Dashboard is easy to use.
  • UI / UX is good.
  • The support email is quick.
  • Support calls are great, people are knowledgeable.
  • Showing the breakdown of fund investments more clearly; better graphics here would be great.
  • More education on financial wealth would be welcome.
  • Employee retention definitely!
The UI / UX is good when compared to Fidelity or other legacy systems, but I have used Guideline in the past, and when compared to that one, Human Interest’s UI UX is not as strong. Secondly, there is very little education on the tool unless you go seeking it.

Answered this in the previous question! Ui UX is better at the guideline, and the guideline does a better job of educating customers on how to use their product for basic financial wealth and retirement planning education. Human interest does better with their customer support. This is a great value that I hope keeps getting better and makes HI stand out.

I really enjoyed the few times I’ve had to call in for support. Never really thought about saying I “enjoyed” calling a customer support number, but it’s true; the employees on the line were very knowledgeable and patient and helped me in a quick manner.
