Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
Used across the whole organization. Recruiters track their candidates against requisitions that are created by hiring managers. The business problem addressed by using iCIMS is that the organization is able to build its own source of candidates, track all requisitions to make sure that positions are filled in a timely manner, and provides overall assessment of the growth of the organization.

- Enables coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Workflow can always be improved, but much of that is up to the individual organization when iCIMS is setup.

We found that iCIMS's ease of use and workflow development to be superior to some of the competitors like CATS, etc.
The cost was higher, but the team's familiarity of the iCIMS product (over the others) helped to sway the decision to iCIMS.
