Indeed Sponsored Jobs helps us recruit the best candidates. We have tried other methods and the results are around 20% of the quality candidates that we get from Indeed. Most applicants use Indeed and even if they don't apply, we can send them an invite to apply, which has worked well for us.

  • Make edits to jobs easier to make.
  • Allow texting (phone number) with applicants in addition to email.
  • We usually fill positions within 2-3 weeks of posting.
